Generally within a 12 month period and advance bookings can secure you some great savings. Destinations and specific offers will constantly be updated so please check the website or speak to a BIG4 Staff Member on 1800 802678

Please make special requirement requests at the time of booking.
How far are you from the City Centre?
Melbourne BIG4 is just 9km to the CBD.
How do you get to the park from Melbourne Airport?
From the Tullamarine freeway (43) follows the signs toward the city taking Bell Street (40) no tolls. Cross Sydney Rd (31) turn left at Elizabeth Street. Melbourne BIG4 Holiday Park is on your left. Alternately you can catch a cab for around $40.00
How do you get to the park from the Tasmanian Ferry?

Is there public transport to the city centre?
There is a bus service that runs Monday - Friday till 7pm and Saturday till 5pm or you could walk 15 min to the tram and catch a tram to the city.
Do we need to bring sheets, blankets, towels and pillows for our accommodation?
It depends on what style of accommodation you have chosen for your holiday - All accommodation has the main bed made but you are required to bring your own sheets, blankets, towels and pillows for the standard cabins or bedding hire is available when pre arranged.
Do I get my deposit back if I cancel my reservation?
It depends on how much notice you give when you cancel - refer to the cancellation policy.
Do I need to book in advance?
Our park is popular so it is best to make your reservation in advance to avoid disappointment due to unavailability.
